Cancellation Requests
Requests to cancel/withdraw/refund must be received two (2) full business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course or the course fee will be forfeited. A $50 service fee will be charged for all withdrawals. Seats are confirmed after payment has been cleared.Â
Course Alterations or Cancellations
NESS reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel a course at any time, including but not limited to participant registration below the minimum required for the course as defined by NESS. Participants will be notified in a reasonable time.
Surcharge Policy
We may impose a surcharge on certain transactions to cover the cost of processing these transactions. The surcharge amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, and will be based on the type of transaction and the payment method used. If you do not agree to pay the surcharge, you may choose to use a different payment method.
